Who is this webinar for?

This webinar is ideal for new assistant professors on the tenure track who want to make strategic decisions about managing their research pipeline.

A Note From The Instructor

I am a certified coach and tenured associate professor at the University of San Francisco.

As a graduate student, I learned how to do research and write academic manuscripts, but not how to how manage a pipeline of research projects from ideation to completion in alignment with my tenure requirements.

It's no wonder that I made loads of mistakes on tenure track. I often pursued projects unstrategically, or wrapped up a project without having a clear plan for what I would do next.

Now I want to help you learn from my mistakes so that you can achieve your professional goals with less stress.
